Chunky Potato Soup 3/4 heaping cup Chunky Potato Soup mix 2 1/2 cups water or milk Combine liquid & mix well with wire whisk. Bring to boil while stirring constantly (to avoid scorching). When soup begins to boil, reduce heat to simmer for 10 min. Remove from heat, cover and let steam 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes approx. 2 1/2 cups. Options: Add diced ham or crumbled bacon.
