Recipe
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the cold (not room-temperature) turkey, breast side down in a roasting pan with a small amount of water on the bottom. Cover the turkey with foil and place in oven. Drop oven temperature to 275°F. Reheat your turkey 18/20 mins per pound.Use a meat thermometer before removing from oven. USDA recommends cooking and reheating all poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F. Refrigerate any leftovers.
