Sourdough Bread

1.75 lb. mix (approx. 5 cups)
1 3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast
Add yeast to water & let sit 5 min. Add mix & stir till all drys are wet. Knead or mix till smooth. Cover dough & let rise for 40-45 min. Divide into 2 loaves & place on sheet pan (covered) for 30-45 min. Bake for 35-40 min. at 375. Cut recipe in half for bread machine.
