Recipe
Combine roast with marinade of your choice.. Rub with 1tbsp olive or vegetable oil. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Broil for 15 minutes. Flip and broil for an additional 12-15 minutes for medium rare (or until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees F). Allow roast to rest for 10 minutes on carving board before slicing very thinly.
Bring marinade to a boil in small saucepan, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, reduce sauce by half. Wisk in 2 tablespoons butter. Serve warm sauce with roast.
