1lb Crumb Cake Base, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup Sour Cream, 1/2 cup Oil, 1/2 cup Water
Add 1 lb. of base to a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 XL eggs and add on top of dry base.
Add oil and sour cream. Whisk 1 minute. Add half of the water and whisk 1 minute. Add the rest of the water and whisk 1 minute for a total of 3
minutes mix time. Pour evenly into two 8x8 greased pans and bake at 350F for 29
minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
