Recipe
2 cups water
1 cup rice blend
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add rice blend. Return to a boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir, remove from heat, keep covered and allow to steam for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Makes about 4 servings.
