Recipe
Combine your marinade ingredients and add them to a plastic bag. Allow your steak to marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. When you are ready to roast, season with salt and pepper. Add your roast to a roasting pan with a rack, and cook for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees and cook for an hour more before checking the temperature to ensure the roast has reached 125 degrees before removing. Then tent your roast with foil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
